On the wharf in Derby…gotta live their sense of humour eh?
The prison boab tree where indigenous men, who we’re taken prisoner to work on pearling ships and put in chains, were sometimes incarcerated…hard to imagine that white Aussies could do this eh…but they did…heartbreaking yeah? …it was called black birding and wasn’t isolated to derby….
